When I Wear Makeup, It's For Me and For Every Girl

Hi Lavies!💗

It's Monday, which means it's time for an update! This time, I'm writing about something close to my heart, that is makeup and little thing about ✨Girlhood✨--I think. Hehe

Makeup has always felt like more than just a routine for me—it’s a ritual, my way to feel connected to myself. It's not just about looking good or pretty. It’s about feeling good, connecting with myself, and celebrating the beautiful world of girlhood that I’m so proud to be a part of. OH, and let me just say this loud and clear; I don't wear makeup for men. I wear it for myself and for all the beautiful, inspiring girls out there. 😍💕

Some days, I'm all about the cute soft glam, a little blush, a quick swipe of mascara, and just enough glow to make me feel fresh and radiant. Other days, I go all out: with eyeshadow, sharp eyeliner, and a lipstick shade that says, “I’m here, and I’m feeling gorgeous today!” 😄💕

It’s not about covering up flaws or trying to match someone else’s beauty standards. It's about showing up as myself, exactly how i feel that day.

Whether I'm feeling confident, happy and soft, or a mix of both. makeup lets me play with my mood. It's my little act of self-love, a sweet reminder that I'm worth the time and effort to make myself feel amazing. 💘

There's something so empowering about seeing another girl notice your makeup. Maybe it's a subtle glace at your eyeliner or a genuine, "I love you're makeup today!" or "I love you're lipstick!" from stranger. In that moment, it feels like a shared language, a nod of mutual understanding, and a little celebration of each other's effort.

I love how makeup creates these tiny connections between us. It's not about competing-- it's about appreciating the effort, the creativity, and the individuality. When i wear makeup, i feel like I'm part of this bigger, unspoken community of women and girls who uplift and inspire each other.

If makeup is your thing, I hope it brings you as much joy as it brings me, if it's not that's okay too. Because at the end of the day, makeup is just one of many ways we can show love to ourselves and cheer each other on. So go ahead experiment, have fun, and rock that bold lipstick if it makes you happy. When we celebrate ourselves, we inspire others to do the same.💅💗💋
